El fiscal del Distrito de Doña Ana, Fernando Macias, anunció el miércoles que un gran jurado ha emitido acusaciones contra los cuatro acusados en el tiroteo de Young Park.
Tras las deliberaciones del gran jurado, los acusados han sido formalmente imputados por asesinato en primer grado, incluyendo conspiración para cometer asesinato.
